We Are Open:
We are SHIPPING EVERY DAY of December, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and 1st January. We have a full team working hard to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48® - Free on all UK orders over £10.00
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48® - £1.99 on all UK orders under £10.00
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24® - £3.50 express UK delivery
  • DPD Next Day Local Collect - £3.75 next day UK delivery (choose preferred pick up location at checkout)
  • DPD Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday)* - £4.65 next day UK delivery 
  • DPD Next Day Delivery (Saturday)* - £8.95 next day Saturday UK delivery

* Next Day Available If Ordered By 2pm

EUROPE
  • Royal Mail International Standard - £5.00 Untracked
  • Royal Mail International Standard - £11.00 TRACKED

    Royal Mail aims to deliver in 3-5 working days although this may be longer. 
    You should not need to pay import duties, as we pay them before shipping.
REST OF THE WORLD
  • Royal Mail International Standard - £8.00 Untracked
  • Royal Mail International Standard - £15.00 TRACKED

    Royal Mail aims to deliver in 6-10 working days. Although this may be longer.

Delivery times

For orders placed before 2 pm on a working day; we aim to get your order out on the same day. Orders after 2 pm will be shipped on the next working day.

We don’t ship on UK bank holidays as our postal service doesn’t run. See all bank holidays here!

Please note - we cannot take any responsibility for any delays by the postal service, however, we are always here to help.

If you would like to track your UK order - head to either the Royal Mail or DPD Tracking Portal and enter your tracking number, which can be found on your shipping confirmation. 


Packaging

With everything we do, we consider the environment and our impact.

We use recycled card packaging and encourage you to reuse it too. 

We don't use plastic sleeves for anything. 

We also try to minimise the packaging used for your parcel. Less is more. 

Returns

We're lucky to not receive returns often, but of course - if there is something wrong or you're not happy for any reason - we're here! 

You are very welcome to return any items that do not suit.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for the costs of the returns. We do not supply returns labels. You have 14 days to return your goods.
