🎄 Christmas Delivery
Over the Christmas and New Year period, we are open every day, picking and packing 6 days per week - Monday to Saturday - in order to get you your goods super quickly.
Suggested order dates based on Royal Mail's final cut-off dates are as following:
Standard UK delivery - 48 hrs Tracked
Order by: Midnight on Thursday, December 18th.
Upgraded UK Delivery - 24 hrs tracked
Order by: Midnight on Friday December 19th
Upgraded UK Delivery - Next Day 1pm
Order by: Midday on Monday, 22nd December.
International Orders: We can no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas on International orders. However, we will dispatch your order the same day or the next day, depending on what time we receive the order.
🥂 New Year Delivery
After Christmas, we’ll continue dispatching orders quickly with our full team in action. Please note: Royal Mail does not collect or deliver on Bank Holidays or Sundays. On all other working days and Saturdays, we’ll be open and shipping your orders without delay.

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 3-5 working days although this may be longer.
You should not need to pay import duties, as we pay them before shipping. Orders to countries within the EU may incur customs fees, which will be charged to you directly.

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 6-10 working days. Although this may be longer.
🇺🇸 Will I be charged tariffs on orders to the USA?
In short, no.
From 29 August, the US will apply a 10% import tariff on all orders shipped from the UK.
But don’t worry - we’ve got this covered. Our delivery partner, Royal Mail, has introduced a new PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) service where we pay these tariffs on your behalf. That means your order will still arrive at your door with no extra charges or paperwork for you.
We’ll keep monitoring the situation closely. If the US administration makes further changes, we’ll update this page right away – but for now, you can shop as normal without any surprises.

Delivery times
For orders placed before 2 pm (GMT) on a working day, we aim to get your order out on the same day. Orders after 2 pm will be shipped on the next working day.
We don’t ship on UK bank holidays as our postal service doesn’t run. See all bank holidays here!
Please note - we cannot take any responsibility for any delays by the postal service, however, we are always here to help.
Packaging
With everything we do, we consider the environment and our impact.
We use recycled card packaging and encourage you to reuse it too.
We don't use plastic sleeves for anything.
We also try to minimise the packaging used for your parcel. Less is more.
Returns
We're lucky to not receive returns often, but of course - if there is something wrong or you're not happy for any reason - we're here to help and you are welcome to return part or all of your order.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the costs of the returns. We do not supply returns labels. You have 14 days to return your goods.
