Wednesday 4th December
Cyprus, Malta, Portugal and Spain

Thursday 5th December
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic and Poland), France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland and Turkey

Friday 6th December
Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden and USA

UNITED KINGDOM
• Free Tracked Delivery on all UK orders over £10.00 (Royal Mail 48h Tracked)
• Tracked delivery on UK orders under £10.00 (Royal Mail 48h Tracked) £1.99
• Express UK delivery (Royal Mail 24h Tracked) £4.50

EUROPE
• £5 Royal Mail International Standard (untracked).

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 3-5 working days. Although this may be longer.
(please note, some countries will charge extra fees when importing. For example, orders to NL over EU22 - will have a customs clearance fee)

REST OF THE WORLD
• £8 Royal Mail International Standard (untracked).

Royal Mail aims to deliver in 6-10 working days. Although this may be longer.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

We'll post your parcel within 3 working days of ordering (usually on

the same day!).

We don’t ship on UK bank holidays as our postal service doesn’t run. See all bank holidays here!

Please note - we cannot take any responsibility for any delays by the postal service, however, we are always here to help.

Packaging

With everything we do, we consider the environment and our impact.

We use recycled card packaging and encourage you to reuse it too.

We don't use plastic sleeves for anything.

We also try to minimise the packaging used for your parcel. Less is more.

Returns

We're lucky to not receive returns often, but of course - if there is something wrong or you're not happy for any reason - we're here!

You are very welcome to return any items that do not suit.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for the costs of the returns. We do not supply returns labels. You have 14 days to return your goods.
