A Year by the Sea | 2026 Calendar Collaboration with Nina Brooke

We’re thrilled to have collaborated with Nina Brooke on her very first 2026 art calendar, a milestone we’re proud to share. What makes it even more special is that Nina isn’t just a remarkable artist; she’s one of our own. As a Cornwall local, she knows how life here moves with the rhythm of the tides, with many of us keeping the tide timetable bookmarked on our browsers, ready for a high-tide surf or a low-tide walk along the estuary. It’s a way of life she understands deeply, and we’re grateful she captures Cornish coastal living so beautifully in her art.
For years, we've been in awe of Nina's unique style, those bold colours, sparkling coastlines, and the way she brings the magic of the seaside to life. We couldn’t wait for each new aerial seascape, always curious to see where her brush would take us next.
Nina’s personal story is woven from two coasts, the wild and rugged beauty of Cornwall and the sun-drenched shores of the Caribbean. Salt water runs in her veins, and that connection spills naturally onto her canvas. In her paintings, you find more than just seascapes; they reflect the deep, almost magnetic bond between people and the ocean. That irresistible pull that calls us back, no matter how far we drift
Here in Cornwall, we see that connection every day. Tourists arrive with the summer breeze and drift away with the autumn chill, the sea remains, shaping lives in ways both subtle and profound. For Nina, as for us, it’s endlessly fascinating to watch how the ocean draws people in, inspiring them to build their lives, memories, and dreams around its shores.
We’re inspired by the way Nina effortlessly blends life as an artist with making the most of Cornwall. She lives and breathes the coastal life, spending most of her time either on the water or in it, which has given her not only a deep, instinctive connection to the ocean, but also an intimate understanding of how people experience all it; the joy, the freedom, and the pull that keeps them coming back.
We can’t wait to hang this calendar on our walls for 2026. Bringing the coast home, whether you already live a stone's throw from the ocean, or you're an inlander who loves to daydream about your next seaside venture.
The 2026 Nina Brook Calendar Collaboration features 12 of her most popular artworks, each paired with a spacious monthly grid for easy planning. When open, it measures an impressive 30 x 60 cm, making it a striking addition to any wall. Best of all, each artwork is designed to be frameable once the month is over, so you can enjoy them long after the year ends.
